Columbia Falls Town Hall Columbia Falls, ME
The Columbia Falls Union Hall serves as a place of worship and a community gathering place.
We scraped, primed, and painted the inside of the cupola, and the outside trim. We replaced the weathervane, and refurbished the clock faces with new paint and roman numerals. We re-shingled the roof.

Saint Anne's Episcopal Church Calais, ME
Funded by a matching grant provided through the Maine Historic Preservation bond Issue, it took Belden Morse and the Steeple People over two years to restore the St. Anne's Episcopal Church. Due to the many layers of paint that had accumulated over the years, the Steeple People had to scrape the paint down to bare boards.

First Congregational Church East Machias, ME
On Thanksgiving night in 1986, the 6-foot directional arrow that resides at the top of the steeple on the church was blown off by high winds. Belden Morse and the Steeple People were called in to replace the arrow. Thanks to a statewide bond issue, the Steeple People were later able to replace the roof and perform other needed repairs.

Machias Courthouse Machias, ME
We replaced the cupola on what was the jail house in th 80's. The story has it when they replaced the roof the contractor at the time were going to take the cupola and sell it. The cupola sat out back of the courthouse for over 15 year's or more. I was ask to put it back on, which was quite the challenge at the time as I was new at this and quite young. At the same time Sunrise Institution financed the project and DeCenzo's operated the crane for us.

Centre Street Congregational Church Machias, ME
Was built in 1836-1837, early example of Gothic Revival, Based on early design by architect Richard Upjohn. It's on the National Register of Historic Places. this church is an early design by architect Richard Upjohn.

Hampden Academy Hampden, ME
We removed lots of Pigeons from the Cupuola, and then sprayed the inside with a paint that would disinfectant it, and discourage the pigeons from nesting, we put up a barrier to keep them out. We then scraped, primed, and applied a finish coat of paint..

Christian Temple Church Lubec, ME
The Christian Temple Church in Lubec was built in 1898, with Leaded class windows. The Steeple People scraped, primed, and painted this church in 2005.

Sawyer Memorial Congregational Church Jonesport, ME
Built in 1886 with Greek revival and Italianate architectural details.
We did some work on the timbers, and we scraped, primed, and painted. Unfortunately the committee decided to remove the steeple.

Community of Christ Church Jonesport, ME
This used to be a Mormon Church, at the time we scraped, primed, and painted the steeple.It is now it's the Community of Christ Church. Many years later we repainted it. The building was green we repainted it white. We also did a lot of work on the foundation that supports the steeple itself, as the steeple was in danger of becoming unstable.

Whitneyville Town Library Whitneyville, ME
This was the first project done by the Steeple People in the 1980's that involved removing the cupola, and rebuilding it using mortice and tenon.
